  Applicant would be responsible for the following: 

• Set up and operate small runs of parts on vertical machining centers and turning centers.
• Be able to read and understand blueprints including GD&T symbols.
• Be able to maintain accuracy to within +/-.001.
• Use job followers and set up sheet to complete parts accurately and on time.
• Saw materials required for jobs.
• Identify different types of cutting tools.
• Changing dull or used cutting tools as needed.

Applicants would be responsible for the following:

• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling etc.
• Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
• Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
• Inspect and measure finished products with various metrology equipment. (calipers, micrometer, ect..)
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality

 Applicant would be responsible for the following:

• Proficiently operate and program any of the brakes at this facility.
• To be proficient on their machine and understand the geometry of forming and programming the machines.
• Clearly understand the prints supplied and to work with CAD when a more defined print is required.
• Perform first piece inspections of parts as they come off the brakes, and spot check parts to ensure continued quality.
• Completes assigned duties in accordance with safety policies and practices. This regards to individual safety, the safety of other employees, and the safe use of equipment in the workplace.
• Wears approved personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor, lead person or management.

Applicant would be responsible for the following: 

• Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, sketches, work orders, and material safety data sheets to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations.
• Chip or grind off excess weld, slag, or spatter, using hand scrapers or power chippers, portable grinders, or arc-cutting equipment.
• Cut, contour, and bevel metal plates and structural shapes to dimensions as specified by blueprints, layouts, work orders, and templates.
• Examine workpieces for defects and measure workpieces with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications.
• Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers.
• Operate welding equipment such MIG/TIG on materials such as Aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
• Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits.
• Position and secure workpieces, using hoists, cranes, wire, and banding machines or hand tools.
• Prepare all material surfaces to be welded, ensuring that there is no loose or thick scale, slag, rust, moisture, grease, or other foreign matter.

Applicants would be responsible for the following:

• Grinds, files, or sands metal surfaces to remove burrs and sharp edges using hand tools and grinders.
• Visually and physically inspect parts for any dents or scratches that need to be removed.
• Perform general clean-up duties of the equipment and surrounding areas.
• May perform basic material handling duties with the use of manual pallet jack and/or forklift to move material and stage materials.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Applicant would be responsible for the following: 

• Set up the job by locating parts  according to the work order.
• Layout and position wire harnesses, subassemblies, and hoses according to prints.
• Align, position and assemble components using hand tools, including impacts and torque tools.
• Installs moving parts such as engines, pumps, hoses, and bearings.
• Drills, taps, or reams holes as necessary.
• Test the portable hydraulic units, and plumb it to the unit.
• Use overhead cranes and jib cranes to maneuver and assemble large assemblies.
• Test the unit as needed with hydraulic pressure gauges; checking for pressure and leaks.
• Calibrate and regulate units and final assemblies to meet load capacities and operating requirements.
• Follow final test procedures and work from checklists for final quality inspection.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Applicant would be responsible for the following:

• Apply paint coatings on various metal fabricated products with the use of spray painting equipment.
• Consistently hit coating thickness requirements
• Mix paint precisely and record data on amounts of paint used.
• Mask parts to print notes.
• Hang or set-up parts prior to painting.
• Inspect parts after painting for needed repairs, proper thickness and general appearance.
• Properly maintain paint equipment, i.e., spray guns, booth, filters, etc.
