Our VMC's have table capacity up to 60x30 and have 50 taper geared spindles to be able to machine tough materials with lot of metal removal required.

Horizontal Machining Center
Our OKK HM500S HMC provides us with the ability to have "no down time" cycles in high volume production. This machine is equipped with laser tool monitor system, Full B axis rotary, and 5th axis rotary indexer to be able to handle complex geometry.
Horizontal Boring Mill
Our Cincinnati Millicron 5H-2500 gives us the capability to machine large, heavy parts with a table travel of 100"x40".
Turning Centers
Our Turning centers equipped with live tooling are sized for large CNC turning and small high volume turning to be able to offer complete parts with no extra operations required. We can handle turning as large as 18" Diameter x 81" long.

Manual Machining
We also have manual machines for large sized, low volume parts. Our machinist's are able to maintain high accuracy and efficient machining times.
